love never ends

Anna Bozman Thompson loves her children. In an unusual turn of events, she discovered that one of her children, Lake, has a deep love for her and the rest of his family. In fact, his love never ends. Why is this unusual? Six months earlier, Lake died of leukemia.

In October, Anna Bozman married her longtime boyfriend Travis Thompson in Colbert, Georgia. More than anything, she wished Lake could be with her, his father and brother and sister. She asked her photographer, Brandy Angel, if she could Photoshop Lake’s picture into the wedding photos. Ms. Angel was able to add a photo of Luke, a faint picture of a smiling young boy standing by his father.

Then the story took an unusual turn. That’s when Anna and her family found out love never ends.

When Ms. Angel edited the wedding photos the night of the wedding, she was shocked at what she saw. In every picture,  a small light glowed near the couple, never changing shape or color. She texted the bride that night with screenshots of the unedited photos.

Anna cried when she saw the light in the photos. The day before she had felt Lake would be with them. And now she was sure he had been. Her wedding, filled with the joy and love of two people joining together, was complete. “We are still a family of five even though there are only four of us here,” she told Good Morning America.
