DO YOU LIKE TO SHARE your comments about what you read? Authors of stories usually appreciate receiving feedback about their experiences. Remember that your comments will be read by many readers. Here are a few comments guidelines for posting your thoughts:
- Users must be registered and logged in to comment.
- Please respect other authors’ experiences and beliefs. We want our website to be a safe haven for authors who share their experiences.
- We will remove comments that are insulting, vulgar or abusive. We reserve the right to delete comments that are poorly written, unintelligible, off-topic or promotional material. No profanity, sexually explicit content or pornography.
- Comments should relate to the author’s story. To get a good sense about acceptable comments, read a few of our published comments before publishing yours.
- Please do not use chat acronyms and text message shorthand.
- Please review comments for spelling errors. You can use an online dictionary or the old-fashioned kind! In addition, remember that Firefox automatically checks the spelling of words that you enter in text boxes containing more than one line. You also can enable Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer 10 and 11 to spell check.
- You must be 13 years or older to comment. If you are under 18, please do not divulge personal information that could identify you.
- If you comment using your email address, please note that we will convert it so that spam bots do not pick it up. Ex.: your email address becomes yourname at domain dot com.
- If you comment about more than one story, please write original comments. Do not copy and paste the same comment under different stories. Each story deserves personal feedback.
- Once comments are published, they will not be deleted based solely on your request. If, upon request, you provide a reason we consider a good and valid reason, your comments will be deleted.
